Account Deletion

Users may request the permanent deletion of their account at any time through the application settings or by contacting our support team.
Upon receiving and processing a deletion request:
  • Personal information associated with the account, including name, phone number, email address, delivery addresses, and account preferences
  • The user's account will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
  • Access to the account and its features will be terminated immediately after deletion is completed.
  • Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Users can permanently delete their account directly within the application by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Once confirmed, the deletion process cannot be reversed
Certain information may be retained only when required by applicable laws, regulations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution obligations, or legitimate business record-keeping requirements. Any retained information will be stored securely and only for the period required by law.
